Painting Season in Mississauga

Painting Season in Mississauga

are most common from the months of April until the end of October which our busy painting season at which time the weather becomes cool and there is not enough daylight for working extended hours.

Exterior painting in Mississauga Painting Season

It is obvious that if a homeowner wants to paint outside they have to do it when the climate is right and the temperatures are high enough for the paint to dry properly and also there is less moisture content to deal with in the woods such as trim around the home or decks and fences. During the summer months if it rains and the sun comes out the following day it is strong enough to dry the wood out well enough to make it good to paint. But in the late fall and early spring the days are long enough to dry out the word properly. Since the summer months have longer daylight more exterior painting work can be performed in one day because a painter can start at 7 o’clock in the morning and work till seven in the evening mostly in strong daylight.

Interior painting better time for painting season

when there is good daylight (natural lighting) it is easier to distinguish and decide paint colors and paint hues and paint shades, to be able to make an accurate decision in the choice of colors. Also this is very handy for identifying such problem is as faulty painting work such as inadequate coverage of paint that can only be seen in broad daylight and probably could not be identified in low lighting or unnatural lighting conditions.

Paint touch ups

are easy to identify because of the lighting and also drywall repairs and touchup painting repairs seem to dry faster also. Another good point about interior painting in the summer months is that the windows can be opened to ventilate the interior painted rooms and this is especially so if the painter is using a powerful smelling primer/sealer or using oil paints.

Oil Paints  for Your Home

Mind you the oil paints recently have really been redesigned for efficiency and low odor and low voc (volatile organic compound) which are gases omitted from certain substances causing health problems.
We at Mississauga painter have been painting for over 40 years when there was no such thing as voc worries not to say that there wasn’t any of that time but nobody was aware of it even so we don’t per se know of anyone that had died from this or become very sick from smelling the paint wall just freshly painted.
We are located at Derry Road and 427 highway and our services are house painting, condo painting, commercial painting/office painting, warehouse painting.
This is the time for painting season to start.
